All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location.
Within India: 3–7 business days
Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may be affected during festive seasons, sale periods, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Available on selected orders or promotional campaigns.
Standard Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
International Shipping
Currently, Moksha ships within India only. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Moksha purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return or exchange process under the following conditions.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving the product.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
All tags and packaging must remain intact
The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or made-to-order products
Items purchased during clearance or final sale
Products damaged due to improper use by the customer
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product due to size or product issues, you may request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer:
A store credit, or
A refund as per the refund policy.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product delivered by Moksha.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:
